TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY

This Terms of Use, Privacy, and Cookie Policy (“Policy”) applies to all websites and applications owned by MS SPEKTRAL Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. (“MS SPEKTRAL”), including but not limited to www.msspektral.com (collectively referred to as the “Digital Platforms”), and to all individuals who visit or use these platforms (“Users”). This Policy does not cover information collected offline or obtained through third-party services.

Access to and use of the Digital Platforms is subject to full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. By accessing these platforms, Users are deemed to have agreed to the Policy in its entirety.

All rights arising from the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, and other applicable legislation—particularly those concerning content and use of the Digital Platforms—are owned by MS SPEKTRAL. This includes, without limitation, the prohibition of partial or complete copying, modification, reverse engineering, translation into other languages, or creation of derivative works of the content. All written, visual, audio, and electronic materials, including trademarks and logos, are the intellectual property of MS SPEKTRAL or third parties and are legally protected.

The inclusion of such elements on the Digital Platforms or allowing access to them does not imply any license, authorization, or permission for use. Without MS SPEKTRAL’s express written consent, no content may be copied, processed, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used in any physical or digital environment. Users shall bear sole legal responsibility for any use in violation of this Policy or intellectual property rights, and MS SPEKTRAL reserves all related rights.

Each User agrees not to engage in any actions that would violate the rights of MS SPEKTRAL or any third party. Users also unconditionally accept that all publicly accessible content on the Digital Platforms is exclusively owned by MS SPEKTRAL and cannot be used, processed, stored, disclosed, or shared without prior written authorization.

All content on the Digital Platforms is provided solely for informational and promotional purposes. Users agree to consult MS SPEKTRAL directly for accurate and up-to-date information before making any decisions based on published content. MS SPEKTRAL provides no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and assumes no responsibility for any material or moral damages resulting from reliance on such content.

The “Announcements” section is provided to allow Users to share non-commercial sales or recommendations. Anyone posting or engaging with content in this section is deemed to have accepted the related rules. Violations may result in legal, disciplinary, or criminal actions by MS SPEKTRAL.

Users also agree not to use any information or content from the Digital Platforms for commercial purposes or disclose it to third parties without MS SPEKTRAL’s written permission. They further commit to protecting all such data.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content or information they submit. MS SPEKTRAL is not obligated to verify the validity of user-submitted data and bears no liability for it. Passwords created during registration are the responsibility of the User and are not stored in an accessible format. MS SPEKTRAL is not liable in the event a password is compromised.

MS SPEKTRAL reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or content, as well as to delete user data from its systems at any time. Personal data collected through the Digital Platforms will be processed in line with MS SPEKTRAL’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, Data Retention and Destruction Policy, and other applicable legal texts, strictly for their intended purposes. Where necessary, data may be shared with third parties or deleted when processing purposes expire.

MS SPEKTRAL may use information submitted through the Digital Platforms—including identity, address, email, phone, IP address, access time, and similar details—for purposes such as platform activities, statistical analysis, and personalized services. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of the devices or connections they use to access the platforms.

MS SPEKTRAL does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any content, visuals, or audio provided by third parties. Responsibility for such content lies entirely with the relevant third party. MS SPEKTRAL does not guarantee the performance, ethical standards, or privacy practices of external links or services that may appear on the platform, including advertisements, banners, or third-party content. Users assume full responsibility for any damages arising from visiting external websites.

Should an official investigation or complaint arise, or should any attempt be made to sabotage or impair MS SPEKTRAL’s systems, the company reserves the right to investigate the User’s identity and notify relevant authorities, without waiving any other legal rights.

In the event of non-compliance with this Policy, MS SPEKTRAL may pursue all available legal remedies. Turkish Law shall apply to all matters arising from the Policy or use of the Digital Platforms, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.

MS SPEKTRAL reserves the right to amend, update, or cancel any part of this Policy without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective upon publication. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed.
